For over 30 years, PNC Bank has been calculating the cost of Christmas based on the song "Twelve days of Christmas". In 2016, we decided to, quite simply, make a working bank out of gingerbread. This idea was not as simple as it sounds, we had to find a baker who could bake this much ginger bread, an architect that could construct the building, and after months of planning and negotiating with councils on the location, we landed in Pittsburg, the HQ city of PNC. We captured the 3 day stunt beforehand to ensure people who didn't live there could still visit the branch through AR on the website. The project was hugely successful and picked up a lot of good press.
